How to report a concern
Email info@smartsecuritys.com with the subject “Website security report.” Include the affected URL, a brief description, the time observed, and reproduction steps that do not expose private information. Provide contact details if you would like a reply.
Keep your report safe
Do not include passwords, full payment details, private customer records, or malware attachments. Use redacted screenshots and a minimal explanation. Ask for an appropriate sharing method before sending sensitive evidence.
Responsible reporting
Report only what you can observe without accessing another person’s information or disrupting service. This page does not authorize penetration testing, exploitation, automated scanning, denial-of-service activity, or access to restricted systems. Request written permission before performing security testing.
